Why the blog?

My journals with glued photos and clippings
I give a little piece of my heart to something new each day.  That's not to say that my heart gets smaller -- just that it's spread over many things (some that I even forget about over time then rediscover).  Writing and journaling has been great therapy for me since my diagnoses so I figured I might as well put the pages of thoughts somewhere I know I won't lose them: here!  My journals usually include pasted photos and sketched doodles anyway, and it's much easier to incorporate those features on a blog than a notebook.
I'll do the charcoal sketching sans internet.  Much less messy that way.
